Better Than PSD 2.0, Much Better,

I bought this software to replace a copy of PSD 2.0, which is supposed to be a newer, better, more capable version. Verion 2.0 just crashed and that's it, but Version 23 Pro Publisher got up an running right from first start up. I haven't searched out all the strengths of this software, but there's still time.

...and the company I bought it from tried to make me paid for this item after I returned it and told them it wasn't working with my vista....so I had to contact me bank and get my refund onto my account...also amazon still allow this company to sell defected items to consumers what a shame.

This version turned out to be better than I thought. It really has a lot of options in it. I wanted it to print out cards and certificates, but it includes so good basic picture editing which is really cool. For the price, it's well worth the money.

This product is slow to load and quite cumbersome. It does the job, and it does it cheaply, but there are much better (albeit more expensive) programs that do what Print Shop Pro Publisher does and much more. If anyone is into desktop publishing, I would highly recommend alternative programs that can be found online, downloadable, for $80. If you only want to print cards, calendars and flyers, Pro Publisher will get you there. Otherwise, like me, you could find that you wasted money when you need to go with a more advanced program.

I have been a graphic designer since 1998 and I find the ease of using Print Shop products makes my tasks not only uncomplicated but also pleasing. The familiar Product Picker guides you through your choices and always gives you the option of creating from scratch. With the addition of The Logo Creator I was amazed at the potentials for creating client-pleasing graphics! I have used both CS Adobe products and CorelDraw and the learning curve is very discouraging (and I possess two master degrees!)
